Lois H. Waters 79, passed away on Sunday evening July 2nd at Baptist Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Scotia, NY.

Born in Albany, NY, Lois was the daughter of the late Carl and Marion Foster and a graduate of SUNY Cobleskill.

A homemaker, Lois was predeceased by her husband Robert Waters.

Lois is survived by her children: Yvonne Ryan, Lori Arnold, Susan Johnson, Thomas Bowen and Anthony Bowen, her 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Services for Lois will be private at the convenience of her family.
