Lisa A Emery

Lisa A. Emery, 35, of Schenectady passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday October 10. 2016 at Gateway House of Peace in Ballston Spa. Born in Schenectady, Lisa is the daughter of Laura (DiDonna) Doerr (Paul) of Amsterdam and the late Terry Emery. A 1998 graduate of Duanesburg High School, Lisa received her bachelors degree in accounting from Siena College. A Physical Security Supervisor for Time Warner Cable in Schenectady for the past 16 years, Lisa was devoted to her family,enjoyed the gym and reality television. She loved her cat Prudence and was a real people person. Beside her mom, Lisa is survived by her boyfriend Garrick J. Eisele of Schenectady, her brother Patrick C. Emery (Bridgett Fortune) of Schenectady, sister Alexandra M. Doerr of Amsterdam,2 nephews, Anthony and Eli Emery, a niece, Sophia Emery, step-niece, Tieanna Fortune and many dear friends. Funeral services will be Thursday October 13th at 9:15am at the Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave., Schenectady, NY followed at 10 am by a Mass of Christian burial at the St. Anthony's Church, 331 Seward Place Schenectady. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 5-8 pm. Internment in Parkview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Lisa memory to the Gateway House of Peace, 479 Rowland Avenue, Ballston Spa, NY 12020
