Linda T Donnelly (Tooey)

Linda T. Donnelly, 71, of Delanson passed away on Sunday July 24, 2022 at River Ridge Living Center in Amsterdam. She was born in Rochester and was the daughter of the late Jerry and Lila (Gribbroek) Tooey.

She was a graduate of Monroe Community College and attended RIT. Linda was a domestic engineer.

Linda was an artist. She enjoyed creating Botanical Illustrations. Linda taught art classes at MiSci -Museum of Innovation and Science here in Schenectady.

She is survived by her husband James E. Donnelly whom she married July 10, 1971, her three sons Kevin Donnelly (Deborah), Bryan Donnelly (Kristianne) and Lennon Donnelly, one daughter Caitlin Champen (Lamont) as well as six grandchildren Dallen, Brendan, Jack, Alexander, Trevor and Lily.

A Celebration of Linda’s life will be Friday July 29, 2022 at 2 PM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Visitation will be held prior from 1-2PM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Linda’s memory to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society 3 Oakland Avenue Menands, NY 12204 or to the charity of one’s choice.
