Linda J Foland

Linda J. Foland passed away July 5th, 2006 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 58. Linda was born on December 2, 1947 in Cobleskill, NY. After graduating from high school she attended Rochester Institute of Technology where she studied Art and design. Linda worked as a dental lab technician for twenty (20) years. She and her partner Donna lived in Cape Cod, Ma for several years. She loved black and white photography and dark room work and had her photographs published in Cape Cod's Best Read Guide. Linda enjoyed travel, nature and the arts. People will remember her beautiful smile, sense of humor and generosity. Surviving Linda is her loving partner of 26 years, Donna Feathers. A private memorial service will be held on July 22. In lieu of flowers, if people choose to, please make contributions to Community Hospice, 1411 Union Street, Schenectady, NY 12308. We will forever be grateful to all the people who work for and volunteer at Hospice. Thank You for all the love , care, and encouragement. Also thank you to the dedicated nurses, doctors and staff at Ellis Hospital for their gentle compassionate care.
