Lana Berry

January 16, 1962 — February 21, 2021

Lana Beth Berry, 59, passed away on Sunday evening February 21st at Saratoga
Hospital with her sisters by her side.

Born in St. Louis, MO, Lana was the daughter of the late Anthony and
Patricia (Martin) Berry.

A graduate of Draper High School, Lana attended Plattsburgh State
University. Lana was disabled at a young age. She was a 31 year resident at Wesley
Health Care Center in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Beside her parents, Lana was also predeceased by her brother Anthony T. Berry.

Lana is survived by her sisters, Edie Banker and her husband David, and
Michele Berry and her husband Steven Ruzzo both of Rotterdam, NY and her
niece and nephews Sarah Michele Banker of Saratoga, David Anthony Banker of TN and
Anthony A. Ruzzo of Rotterdam.

She is also survived by her faithful and loving best friend, Wendy (Paeglow) Mongillo, who has remained by her side throughout her lifetime.

Lana will be remembered for her strong spirit, love of music and genuine expression of love for all who cared for her. Lana's beautiful blue eyes will never be forgotten.

A celebration of Lana’s life will be held on Saturday March 6th from 2 to 3
pm at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave., Schenectady, NY
followed by a service at 3 pm. (COVID protocols of masks, capacities and
social distancing will be in place)

The family wishes to express sincere gratitude to the staff on 3 Hathorn for their years of compassionate care and service to Lana.
