This is the story of Krisendat (Kaloo) Kalika . Krisendat was a good man that was loved, is missed and will always be cherished. Krisendat was born Leguan Essequibo Island, Guyana, he was fourth child of Cecil and Rukhmin. He went to school in Georgetown Guyana. Krisendat worked in the food and restaurant services industry and prided himself on his knowledge in this line of work. In his early 20's he started working at Pegasus Hotel in Guyana and later worked his way up to Manager at Tower Hotel in Guyana. Krisendat had the privilege of immigrating to the U.S. and gaining his citizenship status. He worked a few different jobs, keeping his focus on the food services industry including working as a food service worker at Albany Medical Hospital and Walmart. It brought him great joy to be around his only daughter Jackie and his three beautiful granddaughters Jaeda, Jemma, and Jordana. Krisendat's face lit up whenever he was around his granddaughters, his appreciation to be around them was very apparent. Krisendat will be dearly missed by his family and friends including his daughter Jackie (Suzie), his ex-wife Urmila, his brothers Neil, Hardat, Bharat, and their families.
