Kim L Jacobs (Cogan)

Kim L. Jacobs, 62, passed away Tuesday Afternoon June 21st at Ellis Hospital after being stricken at her home. Born in Syracuse, NY, Kim was the daughter of the late Peter and Irma (Morielli) Cogan and a graduate of Linton High School. A licensed beautician, Kim also had worked for several years at the Mohawk Club in Schenectady. Kim is survived by her husband Raymond C. Jacobs of Schenectady, her son Derick Jacobs (Tracy) of Schenectady, grandchildren, Zachary and Veronica Jacobs and his siblings, Linda Woodward, Iris Cogan, Darren Cogan, Thom Cogan and Wayne Cogan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 25h at 12 noon at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady, NY. A visitation will be held from 11 to 12 prior to the service In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Animal Protective Foundation of Schenectady.
