Kenneth J Legere

Kenneth J. LeGere 85 of Ballston Spa died early Friday morning May 16, 2008 at Ellis Hospital Long Term Care. Born in Rotterdam, NY, Ken was the son of the late Charles and Margaret (Ballmes) LeGere and was one of thirteen children. A graduate of Draper High School he was a Instrument Rental Specialist for the General Electric Company and a member of Immaculate Conception Church. Ken was predeceased by his sisters, Juanita MacDonald and Dorothy Heaney and brothers, Charles, John, Richard, Raymond, Robert and George LeGere. He is survived by his brothers, James LeGere and Edward LeGere both of Scotia, and Frank LeGere and Donald LeGere both of Rotterdam and numerous nieces and nephews and In-laws. Funeral services will be held Monday morning May 19, 2008 at 8:15am at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY followed at 9 am at Immaculate Conception Church, Bradt Street, Schenectady, NY where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. There will be no calling hours by request. Interment in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Community Hospice, 1411 Union Street, Schenectady, NY 12308 in his memory.
