Kathryn Mitchell

Kathryn A. Mitchell 47 died suddenly Tuesday morning March 7, 2006 at Ellis Hospital. Born in Schenectady, Kathy was the daughter of Dorothy E. Strobeck and the late Gerald H. Mitchell. She attended Duanesburg Central Schools and enjoyed crafting, knitting and gardening. Kathy is survived by her children, Melissa Crandall of Schenectady, Kevin and Brian Crandall both of Georgia, her mother Dorothy E. Strobeck (Donald) of Tucson ,AZ., a sister, Jodie M. Eckberg (David) of Milford, NY , a brother Michael H. Mitchell of Schenectady ,a granddaughter Destiny Crandall and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial gathering will be held at the Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave., Schenectady on Tuesday evening March 14, 2006 from 6 to 7 pm. A memorial service will follow the gathering at 7 pm. Contributions may be made in Kathryn's memory to the American Cancer Society, 260 Osbourne Road, Loudonville, NY 12211
