Joseph R Howe

Joseph R. Howe 87 of Scotia and formerly of Rotterdam died Wednesday October 5, 2005 at Baptist Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Schenectady, Joseph was a WWII Army veteran and a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School and Hudson Valley Community College. Joe worked as a TV repairman for over 40 years for SOS Television Service before his retirement. He was a member of the VFW post #1895 and the Bellevue Reformed Church. Survivors include his wife of 65 years Marion (Snare) Howe of Scotia and two sons; Gary W. Howe and wife Jo of Rotterdam Jct. and Danny E. Howe and wife Carman of Rexford, four grandchildren; Julie Kulman(Keith), Kristin Salisbury(David), Danielle Kroll(Calvin) and Gregory Scott Howe, five great grandchildren; Shawn and Desiree' Sells, Joseph and Catherine Salisbury and Emily Kulman. he was predeceased by a beloved grandaughter Sherry. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Entombment will be in Memory's Garden.
