Jose Pacheco

Jose "Cucho" Pacheco,47, passed away on Wednesday November 20th at Albany Medical Center after a short illness.

Born on May 22,1972 in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Jose was the son of the late Evelyn Medina Rivera and step-son of Luis Arturo Rivera of PA.

A former truck driver, Cucho had worked for S.N.V. Trucking in Albany but his main job was a stay at home dad caring for his two children. He was an avid N.Y. Jets and N.Y. Mets fan who loved music, working on cars and spending his time with his family and friends.

Besides his step-father, Cucho is survived by his wife Yajaira (King) Pacheco, his children, Nevaeh and Isaiah Pacheco, his sisters,Ivette Rivera of Brooklyn, Evelyn Rivera and Suzanne Rivera both of PA and his brother, Harry Pacheco of RI. and many nieces nephews and cousins.

A celebration of Jose life will be held on Saturday November 23rd at 2:30 pm at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady, N.Y. A visitation for family and friends will be held at the funeral home from 11 to 2:30 pm prior to the service.
