John E. Washington was called home to be with the Lord at the tender age of 9 years old. He was born on June 26, 2006 to Natasha Castillo-Wallace and John E. Washington, Sr., in the City of Schenectady, New York. In his very short life, John was a happy and well-liked 4th grader who attended the Elmer Elementary School. He loved music, playing football, basketball and swimming. Some of his favorite things to do were playing video games and dancing. John also loved attending church. John, who was sometimes called Johnny Boy, JW or Johnny, was a handsome young man who loved his mom more than anything. Cherishing John's memory is his loving mother, Natasha Castillo-Wallace, his father, John E. Washington, Sr.; two sisters, Nefertiti and Mercedes, four brothers; Stephen, Shaquan, Tyrese and Dante; four nieces, Ta'jea, Zaniya, Journey and J'honor; one nephew, Najari; Uncle and Aunt Chuck and Sheka Beauford; and Uncle Rice and Auntie Dye Weeks, Uncle Romaine "Chip" Moore; two god-mothers, Ms. Sylvia Cubille and Ms. Nikima Herron; his god-father, James "June" Cubille and a host of other relatives and friends.
