Janice A Bogatka

Janice A. Bogatka, 59, of Rotterdam passed away at home on December 25, 2017. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Helen (Trzaskos) Bogatka. She was employed in sales at Macy's Department Store in the Crossgate Mall. Janice is survived by her brother David Bogatka (Lorraine) of Rotterdam, two sisters Cynthia Prater (David) of Andover, MA and Nancy Robertson (Graham) of Palos Verde, CA. She is also survived by four nieces Audrey Prater, Hanna Robertson, Amanda Bogatka and Briana Bogatka. Funeral Services for Janice will be Friday 1PM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. A calling hour will precede the service from 12-1PM. Interment will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery in Rotterdam. Contributions can be made in Janice's memory to the American Diabetes Association 2 Pine West Plaza Albany, NY 12205.
