Jamie L. Thompson

Jamie L. Thompson, 71, of Schenectady passed away on Sunday June 23, 2024. He was the son of the late Ernest and Rose (Crosley) Thompson.

He was a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School. Jamie was employed for 30 years as a turbine builder and crane operator for the General Electric Company.

Jamie was member of the GE Quarter Century Club. He was a passionate car buff and enjoyed the Pittsburgh Steelers and old movies.

He is survived by his two sisters Stacey Thompson Bonner and Regina Thompson, his brother Leslie Thompson and his best friend Bobby Poulin and several nieces and nephews and a host of cousins.

Funeral Services for Jamie will be Saturday at 11AM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. A Visitation will be from 10-11am prior to the service.

Interment will be in Parkview Cemetery.
