Holly L Lombardi (Vanburen)

Holly L. Lombardi, 59, passed away peacefully in her home Wednesday morning July 25, 2018 surrounded by her family. Born on December 23,1958, Holly was the daughter of the late Howard and Betty (Diamond) VanBuren and sister of the late Steve and Mitch VanBuren. Holly enjoyed taking family vacations and spending time outdoors admiring her beautiful flower gardens. Above all, she loved spoiling her grandchildren. Holly dedicated her life to her family, including her German shepherds and now rests in peace with a collection of cherished memories made with friends and family alike. Holly is survived by her devoted husband of 42 years, Robert "Lumpy" Lombardi who she married on May 28, 1977, her sons; Michael (Molly) Lombardi and Mark Lombardi, her grandchildren; Bella, Angelina, Mark and Robert Lombardi, her brother; Terry (Janet) VanBuren and sisters; Patricia (Doug Shultz) Rapp and Laurie Lavoy as well as many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday July 31st at 11 am at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to attend and may also call at the funeral home on Monday evening July 30th from 6 to 8 pm. Interment will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery in Glenville, NY
