Helen M Mose

Helen M. Mose 78 died Monday morning July 3, 2006 at Glendale Nursing Home in Scotia, NY. Born in Scranton, PA, Helen was the daughter of the late Samuel and Rose (Pelkey) Dashnaw. A homemaker, she enjoyed poetry, writing and taking long walks. Helen was the wife for 50 years of the late Lawrence A. Mose who died in 1996 and was also predeceased by a son Peter C. Mose. Survivors include her children, Lawrence S. Mose and his wife Alice of Scotia, Alfred F. Mose and his wife Phyllis of Glenville, Patricia A. Roling and husband Robert of Waycross, GA, David R. Mose and his partner Bernard Kates of Union City, NJ and Paul J Mose of Plattsburgh, NY, a brother Francis S. Dashnaw of Ohio, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, three nephews and 1 niece. Funeral services will be held Thursday morning July 6, 2006 at 11 at St Andrew Episcopal Church, 50 Sacandaga Road, Scotia, NY. A visitation will be held at the church from 10 to 11 am prior to the funeral service. Interment will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Niskayuna, NY.
