Harold North

Harold R. "PeWee" North, 69, died Saturday February 5, 2005 at home after a short illness. Born in Burlington, VT, Harold was the son of the late Louis and Pauline (North) Lichva and a graduate of Draper High School. An army veteran, he worked for over 45 years for Grand Union before retiring in the mid 1990's. He was a member of the A.M.A., the Electric City Riders Motorcycle Club and a former President, the Antique Motorcycle Club of America and was an avid New York Giant Fan. Harold is survived by his sister; Judith D. Robinson (Neil) of Mechanicville and his brother; Gary L. Lichva (Jennifer) of Ballston Spa and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday evening at 6 pm at the Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY. There will be no calling hours by request. Spring internment will be in Fairview Cemetery in Princetown, NY. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to a charity of choice.
