Harold M. Burke Jr.

Harold Hal Burke age 78 was born on August 16, 1947 in Niskayuna, New York and died on August 23,2025. He was the son of the late Julia and Harold. He is survived by his wife Carol and sons Harold III and his wife Angela and grandson Theodore of Gallatin, Tennessee and Andrew and his wife Jennifer and granddaughter Abigail of Rotterdam.

Hal retired from KAPL. He was a volunteer firefighter with Rotterdam District 2. Hal was a member of the VFW post 1895 and was a past state commander of the VFW. He was also a member of The Rotterdam Elks.

A visitation will be held on August 28th from 6-8PM at Bond Funeral Home,1614 Guilderland Ave, Schenectady. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 29th at 9 AM at the funeral home followed by burial in Saratoga National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to The Animal Protective Foundation in Harold’s memory.
