Guy Gallucci, 85, of Old Fort Avenue, Rotterdam died Thursday November 23, 2006 at home after a long illness. Guy was born in Schenectady and was the son of the late James and Anita (Constantino) Gallucci. He served in the US Navy in WW 2. Guy was employed for over 30 years as a Tile setter for Associated Tile in Albany. He was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Rotterdam. Guy was a loving husband, father and grandfather. His most enjoyable moments were spent with his pool, kids, grandkids and watching his grandchildren's extracurricular activities. Guy was an avid bowler with a 300 Game and whatever Guy did, he did it with gusto. He is predeceased by three sisters Dorothy Famiano, Ennes D' Aurizio and Joan Peek. Guy is survived by his wife of 59 years Minnie Rocchio Gallucci, two children Rit A. Gallucci ( Jeri) of Ithaca, NY and Denise M. Califano ( Bruce) of Rotterdam, also survived by 5 Grandchildren Amanda Califano, Michael Califano, Nicole Eversley-Bradwell (Sean), Anthony Gallucci and Gabriel Gallucci, also survived by 2 great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Tuesday 9:15AM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady followed by a Mass at 10AM at Our Lady of the Assumption Church Princetown Road in Rotterdam. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling Hours will be Monday evening 6-8PM at the Funeral Home. Internment will be in St. Cyril and Method Cemetery in Rotterdam.
