Gregory Wilson

Gregory Rene Wilson passed away on April 10, 2019 in Schenectady, New York. Greg is survived by his daughters Noelle Wilson, Nicki Wilson, brothers John Terry Jr., Darwin Wilson, sister Gwendolyn Wilson, aunts Drucilla (Chuckie) Lee, Lizzie Cooper, uncle Alan Wilson, former girlfriend and longtime friend Pam Whiting, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Greg is preceded in death by his beloved mother Morris Lee Wilson, son Tyler Wilson, and closest friend Thomas Muskelly.

Greg was born on November 12th, 1958 in Schenectady, New York. He attended Mount Pleasant High School where he made many lifelong friends. While living in Florida, he trained and studied furniture building and upholstering. A highly skilled craftsman, Greg was the owner and operator of Wilson's Upholstery for over 25 years.

Greg was an easy going and fun loving person, who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed shooting pool and was a member of a local billiard league. All those who knew him would agree that his favorite activity in the whole world was fishing. Greg fished all over the Northeast and beyond.

Greg Wilson was well loved and will be greatly missed by many.

A Celebration of Greg's life will be Saturday April 20, 2019 at 11AM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Visitation will precede the service from 10-11AM at the funeral home.
