Grace W Demott (Wagoner)

Grace W. DeMott, 94, of Princetown passed away early Sunday morning May 30, 2021 at her home under the loving care of her daughter Sandra. Born in Princetown, she was the daughter of the late Amos and Sarah (Snyder) Wagoner.

She was a graduate of Draper High School. Grace was employed by General Electric and later for New York State Taxation and Finance, retiring in 1989. Upon retirement, she worked as a Hospice Volunteer.

The family wants to thank Grace’s nieces Zelda, Patricia and Maria for all their love and special care. We would also like to thank Michelle and Laura from Hospice for all their love and care.

Grace was predeceased by her husband Robert, son Richard and siblings Roy, James, Janet and Florence.

She is survived by her daughters Sandra DeMott of Pattersonville, Nancy DeMott of Rotterdam and Deborah Bonneville (Frederick) of Latham as well as two grandsons Kevin Bonneville and Mark Bonneville (Genette). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Grace will be on Friday June 4, 2021 at 1PM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. A Visitation will be held from 12-1PM prior to the service.

Interment will be in Viewland Cemetery in Rotterdam.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Grace’s memory to the charity of one’s choice.
