Gloria J Leguire

Gloria J. Leguire 79, passed away on Saturday afternoon November 20, 2021 at the Delmar Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing.

Born and educated in Schenectady, Gloria was the daughter of the late Stephen and Wenona (Beach) Schottenham.

A former cashier for the Golub Corporation in both Rotterdam and Schenectady on Eastern Avenue, Gloria enjoyed camping, boating, playing cards, bowling and spending time with her family and friends.

Predeceased earlier this year by her former husband Charles M. Leguire, Gloria was also predeceased by her siblings, Nona LaRosa, Delores Kowobus, Helen Dietz and Stephen Schottenham.

Gloria is survived by her children, Kim Fitzpatrick (Kevin) of Venice, Fl. And Corey Woznack (Enola) of Mayfield, grandsons, Keith Walsh and Justin Longton both of Schenectady, her great granddaughters, Lydia and Kinsey and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Gloria’s life will be held on Saturday November 27, 2021 from 10 to 12 noon at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Gloria’s memory to the American Heart Association, 440 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY 12205.
