Gladys W Tooley (White)

Gladys W. (White) Tooley 94 passed away Sunday morning December 3rd at Saratoga Hospital after a short illness. Born in Ft Ann, NY, Gladys was the daughter of the late Harry and Edith (Corbin) White. A homemaker, Gladys and her husband Howard ran a small restaurant and antique shop in Delanson for many years. She enjoyed crafting and was also a former employee of the General Electric Company. Predeceased by her husband of 53 years Howard J. Tooley and sisters, Alice Brate and Marion Spires, Gladys is survived by her children; Peter Tooley (Dorothy) of Georgia, Richard Tooley (Renee) of Ballston Spa, Michael Tooley(Rebecca) of Altamont, Terry Tooley (Mary) of Delanson and Kathleen Murray(Scott) of Mechanicville. Gladys is also survived by her 10 grandchildren,7 great grandchildren and several nieces and a nephew. Funeral services will be held on Thursday December 7th at 12 noon at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11 to 12 noon prior to the services. Interment will be in Schenectady Memorial Park.
