Genevieve P Horodowich

Genevieve P Horodowich of Rotterdam died Saturday afternoon at Ellis Hospital after a short illness. Born and educated in Schenectady, she was a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School and Mildred Ellie Business School. Genevieve was a secretary at the General Electric Company for over 40 years before her retirement. She was a member of the Church of St Adalbert, the GE ? century and the GE Women's Club. Genevieve was the daughter of the late Peter and Anna (Wantuch) Piotrowski and was predeceased in 1976 by her husband Stephen Horodowich who she married on May 2, 1964. Genevieve is survived by several cousins. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning 8:30 am at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave. Schenectady, NY followed at 9 am at the Church of St. Adalbert, Lansing Street, Schenectady where a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 7:30 to 8:30 am prior to the services. Interment in Memory's Garden.
