Fred M Bock

Fred M. Bock 84 of Schenectady died Friday morning July 7, 2006 at St. Clares Hospital. Born in Albany, NY, he was the son of the late Frederick and Elizabeth Bock. An Army veteran of WWII, Fred served in the European theater from 1942 to 1946. For over 42 years he worked for the General Electric Company before retiring from the Wire Mill in 1984. Fred was a member of the GE ? century and a former member of St Paul's Church. Fred was predeceased by two sons, Daniel and Ronald Bock. He is survived by his wife of 58 years Pauline J. (Curran) Bock who he married on November 5, 1947, two daughters, Sandra Pieniazek(William) of Princetown and Linda Jacobs(Paul) of North Carolina, four grandchildren, Cheri and Josh Pieniazek and Megan and Katlyn Jacobs and several nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service will be held on Tuesday Morning July 11, 2006 at 11 am at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Kings Road, Schenectady.
