Frank E Depalma Sr

Frank E. DePalma Sr.,75, passed away on Thursday morning January 18th at Albany Medical Center. Born and educated in Schenectady, Frank was the son of the late John and Julia DePalma and a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School. The owner of DePalma's Screen printing and Embroidery in Rotterdam for over 40 years, Frank was a former professional bowler, he bowled on many leagues for over 50 years and ran the pro shop at Boulevard Bowl for over 40 years. Survived by his wife of over 52 years Bonnie (Strenka) DePalma who he married on July 3, 1965, Frank is also survived by his sons; Frank E. DePalma Jr. (Lisa) of Schenectady and Christopher L. DePalma (Monique Gleason) of Ballston Lake, his grandchildren; Frank DePalma III and Maxwell L. DePalma, his sister; Gloria Bottieri (Hank) of Rotterdam and many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday morning January 23rd at 11 am at St Paul the Apostle Church, 2733 Albany Street, Schenectady, NY 12304. A visitation will be held at the church from 10 to 11 am prior to the funeral Mass. Interment in St John the Baptist Cemetery.
