Frances E. Ryan

Frances E. Ryan, 69, of Albany passed away at The Grand Nursing and Rehabilitation surrounded by her loving family on Thursday July 10, 2025. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Sniffen.

She was employed in medical transportation for the Altamont Ave. Taxi Company.

Frances touched a lot of lives thru the years. She loved spending time with family, having gatherings with loved ones and making everyone laugh to no end. Frances was also passionate about attending garage sales.

She is survived by her daughters Jaclyn Batcher (Thomas) and Nicole Benedict. Frances also leaves behind her grandchildren Johnathan Caldwell, Ashlyn Ryan, Janiya Benedict, Jayden Benedict, Lisa Duncan, Colton Batcher and Bradley Batcher as well as her close friend who was like a daughter Brittany Sims (Paul) and their family.

A Celebration of Frances life will be Tuesday July 22nd at 4PM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. A visitation will precede the service from 3-4PM.
