Frances A. Lewis, 68, of Charlton passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday January 22, 2016. Born in New Hartford, NY, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Kuc) Jaskolka. Fran was employed as a medical secretary for New York State, retiring in 2004. Fran was an avid follower of NASCAR and Dirt Racing and her favorite driver was Bobby Varin. She enjoyed also the casinos and Voss's Restaurant. Fran loved collecting celebrity autographs and photos. She loved cabbage and making pierogies for everyone. Fran was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister and will be dearly missed. She had a very close circle of friends for many years and many wonderful memories of the times they spent together. She is predeceased by one brother Richard Jaskolka. Fran is survived by her loving children Gary Dawes ( Sandra) of Charlton NY, Brenda Worden ( Bobby Varin) of Herkimer, NY and Cyndi Coons Nesheiwat (Mousa) of Poughkeepsie, NY, one brother Robert Jaskolka (Charlotte) of Lancaster, NY, one sister Jean Ball (Richard Carman) of Rome, NY, also survived by 10 grandchildren Jaime Dawes, Hunter Worden, Quinn Worden, Suzanne, Eid, Sunny, Jumanna, Sara Ann, Sabrina and Salem Nesheiwat as well as 4 great grandchildren Christian, Carter, Ava Nesheiwat and Jace Acosta and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be Wednesday January 27, 2016 from 4-7PM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Inurnment will be at a later date on the family plot in St. Stanislaus/St. Casmir Cemetery in Whitesboro, NY.
