Frances R. Kepner

Frances R. Kepner, 91, of Burnt Hills, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2024 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Troy, New York, Frances was the daughter of the Late Salvadore and Mary Agnes (Supernaut) Faraci.

She loved being with her family and watching her grandchildren grow. In her spare time, Frances loved making quilts.

Frances is predeceased by her husband Harold M. Kepner, her daughter in law Ethel Kepner, her sister Mary (Faraci) Schindler, her brother Arthur Faraci and her sister-in-law Karen Faraci.

She is survived by her daughter Jane Luther (Kurt) and her son Chester H. Kepner, her grandchildren Stephen Luther (Ashley), Jodi Sellie (Kytten), and her great grandchildren Peter T. Palmier (Maribeth), Camrin Gagnon, Cheyanne Luther, Skylar Landon and Owen Antalek.  Frances is also survived by her great-great grandson David H. Palmier and several nieces and nephews.

Services for Frances will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
