Eugene C Koontz

Eugene C. Koontz, 81, formerly of Duanesburg Churches Road Delanson died Thursday January 4, 2007 at The Avenue Nursing Center in Schenectady. Eugene was born in Schenectady and was the son of the late William and Lulu (Bond) Koontz. He served in the US Army. Eugene was employed for many years for the New York State Department of Transportation as a Laborer. He is predeceased by one son Eugene Koontz. Eugene is survived by his daughter Bonnie Quant ( Michael) of Rotterdam, two brothers Raymond Koontz of Duanesburg and Harold Koontz of Florida, NY also survived by three grandchildren Lisa Quant, Michaelann Standhart and Justine Quant as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Monday evening 7PM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend. A Calling Hour will be held Monday evening 6-7PM prior to the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in Schenectady Memorial Park in Rotterdam.
