Ernest Griffith Wheatley

Ernest G. Wheatley, 78, passed away on Monday morning April 23rd at Ellis Hospital with family close by. Born in Schenectady, Ernest was the son of the late H. LaSalle and Gladys (Griffith) Wheatley and brother of the late Russell Wheatley. A machinist at the General Electric Company for over 30 years, Ernest was a member of the GE Quarter Century Club, A friend of Bill W's and also worked for ACSC His wit & wisdom will always be remembered by his freinds and those he mentored. Ernest is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Wheatley of Albany and nieces and nephews. All services for Ernest will be held privately.
