Enrica Benacquista

Enrica Benacquista 79, passed away on Tuesday morning January 3rd at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady.

Born in Sora, Italy Enrica was the daughter of the late Raphael and Antoinette Bianchi.

A former employee of Pede Brothers in Schenectady prior to her retirement, Enrica was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the former Immaculate Conception Church and was wonderful gardener and fantastic cook.

Predeceased in 1983 by her beloved husband Frank Benacquista, Enrica is survived by her children, Nancy A. Benacquista (Colin Byng) and Richard A. Benacquista (Nataliya) both of Schenectady, her grandchildren Sonya and Nya Benacquistaof Schenectady, her sister Lydia Altai of Floral Park, NY and her canine companion BooBoo.

A visitation for Enrica will be held on Tuesday January 10th at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady from 10 to 12 noon. A service will begin at 12 noon following the visitation.

Entombment will be in Most Holy Redeemer Mausoleum.
