Ellen M Spencer (Sim)

Ellen M. Spencer, 65, of Clifton Park passed away at Ellis Hospital on Tuesday March 23, 2021. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Sr.and Martha (Earing) Sim.

She was employed as a service representative for the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. Ellen loved animals, camping, watching movies and spending time with her children and grandchild. She was also passionate about eating out, road trips and going to Dairyland Ice Cream in Sharon Springs.

Ellen was a kind and loving person who was well respected and would light up a room wherever she entered. And yet, she was always quiet and not loud.

She is predeceased by one brother John Sim.

Ellen is survived by her husband James M. Spencer, three sons Phillip Schuff (Danielle Doyon and her children Nolan and Taylor) of Connecticut, Jason Schuff of South Carolina and Steven Schuff (Tash Rodriguez) of Cohoes, NY, three brothers David Sim, Ralph Sim Jr. and Larry Sim as well as one grandchild Audri Schuff of Connecticut.

Funeral Services for Ellen were held privately at the convenience of the family.
