Elina Belle Allen (Cuff)

Elina Belle Allen, 83, of Altamont, passed away on Monday May 9, 2016 at Ellis Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bonavista, Newfoundland, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Katherine (Fisher) Cuff. Belle was employed for many years as a bartender at Devine's Pub in Schenectady and the Blue Jay Tavern in Rotterdam. Belle was a happy go lucky lady. She was a beautiful person who would do anything for anybody at any time. Belle will always be well loved and known to all. She is predeceased by her husband Kenneth Graham, two sons Dennis Graham and Richard Graham, one brother Reginald Cuff, one sister Eileen Lamson and two grandchildren Michelle Graham and Kristen Graham Tooley. Belle is survived by her loving daughter Judy Van Wormer (Edward) of Altamont, one daughter in law Patty Graham of Rotterdam, one brother Murley Cuff (Barbara) of St. Johns, Newfoundland, Canada, one sister Marilyn Bromley of Grand Prairie, Alberta, Canada, her longtime companion John Becker, also survived by seven grandchildren-Edward Van Wormer III, Todd Graham, Dennis Graham, Jason Graham, Evan Graham, Hank Graham and Keith Graham, as well as 8 Great Grandchildren- Bella Graham, Dennis Graham III, Noah Graham, Douglas Van Wormer, Cassandra Van Wormer, Jayden Tooley, Jesse Tooley and Jace Tooley as well as several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service for Belle will be Friday 7PM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Calling Hours will be Friday evening 5-7PM at the funeral home.
