Eileen Zarzycki (Niland)

Eileen Zarzycki, 82, of Scotia passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Carola (Kauffeldt) Niland. She was a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School in Schenectady. Eileen was a cafeteria manager for many years for the Schenectady City School District. Eileen is predeceased by her husband William Zarzycki and three brothers Thomas Niland, John Niland and James Niland. She is survived by her children-Michael Zarzycki (Pamela) of Rhode Island, Donald Zarzycki (Susan) of Gansevoort, Carolyn Drooby (Mark) of Guilderland and William Zarzycki (Sharon) of Rotterdam, also survived by her daughter-in-law Janice Gray-Mills (Tom), her beloved grandchildren- Craig Zarzycki (Braelin), Benjamin Zarzycki, Emily Drooby, Elizabeth Drooby, Grace Hondro (David), Olivia Fortune (Ryan), and Mollie Zarzycki, also survived by one great grandchild Reed Thornton-Zarzycki as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Monday at 10:15AM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady followed by a Mass at 11am at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church 210 Princetown Road Rotterdam. Calling hours will be Sunday afternoon from 3-5PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville.
