Edward H Lamothe

Edward H. LaMothe, 59, of Schenectady passed away Saturday March 3, 2012 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. Born in Binghamton, NY, he was the son of the late Edward W. LaMothe and Deloris (Herold) LaMothe. He was a graduate of the College of St. Rose. Edward was employed for 13 years in retail Sales in Produce for Hannaford Supermarkets in Albany as well as other area Hannaford stores. He was a loving and caring person and was especially devoted to his grandchildren. Edward was an avid sports fan and loved the NY Yankees and NY Giants. He also loved animals,. Edward is survived by his wife Elizabeth (Shephard) LaMothe whom he married May 13, 2000, one step son Timothy A. Leger Jr. of Duanesburg, one step daughter Jessica Lynn Leger of Schenectady, two sisters Jacqueline Lisi of California and Corrine A. Bennett of New York, also survived by 4 grandchildren-Alyssia Ryan, Jeremiah Leger, Arabella Ryan and Emilee Schroeder, one nephew Richard A. Lisi of Syracuse as well as several nieces , close family and friends. A Memorial Service will be Wednesday 11AM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. A calling hour will be 10-11AM prior to the service. His final resting place will be with his parents in Massachusetts.
