Douglas N Hallenbeck

Douglas N. Hallenbeck, 73, of Rotterdam passed away on Sunday August 6, 2023 at the Schenectady Center. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Hollis and Jean Hallenbeck.

He was employed as a Master Control Engineer for Fox 23 in Albany.

Douglas had many hobbies, including building model rockets, restoring tractors and was an avid amateur radio enthusiast, his handle was KO2YO.

He is survived by his two sons Timothy Hallenbeck (Olivia) and Aaron Hallenbeck, his daughter Gwen Hallenbeck, his sister Diane Shields and one grandchild Cora Hallenbeck.

There will be no services for Douglas.

Arrangements are by the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady.
