Doris Campbell Chase

Doris A. Campbell Chase 77 of Queensbury and formerly of Schenectady died Sunday September 25, 2005 at Glens Falls Hospital. Born in Little Ferry, NJ, Doris was the daughter of the late Gustav and Anna Kaufmann. A homemaker she was a former nurse's aid and a receptionist for the Schenectady Gazette. Doris was also a former Girl Scout leader and a member of the Carmen United Methodist Church. She was predeceased by her husbands, William Campbell and Harold Chase and a son William Campbell. Survivors include two daughters, Cindy A. Bardsley of Granville and Christine Campbell of Porters Corners, NY , a sister, Kay Janakis of Kreegeville ,PA, four grandchildren, Michael Campbell, Amber Bardsley, Matthew Bardsley and Russell Bardsley and a great granddaughter, Nicole Campbell. A graveside funeral service will be held at Memory's Garden Cemetery in Colonie, NY on Wednesday morning at 11 am. There will be no calling hours by request.
