Donna Marie Foote

Donna Marie Foote also known as “Tootie,” was born on July 24, 1968 to Jean Monroe and the late Glenn Foote Sr in Schenectady New York. She departed this life at her best friends home on June 3, 2026 after a long illness. Donna was a product of the Schenectady city school district. Donna was employed for many years by the Schenectady city school district until illness forced her into retirement. Donna never became bitter she still loved all those around her. On February 14, 1987, Donna brought into this world her loving daughter Elizabeth Foote. Her special bond with those who became extended family were her best friend Cory Lyons Terry and family. Donna’s life exemplified her by the love that she showed to all who came in contact with her. She loved unconditionally. Donna was preceded in death by her father Glenn Foote Sr. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Elizabeth Foote, her loving granddaughter Niyla Rae Latham, her mother Jean Monroe, 2 sisters, Tina Foote and Jean Emma, 2 brothers, Glenn Foote Jr, and Mark Blond Jr. Her best friend Cory Lyons Terry and her companion Herbert Lassiter. A host of nieces, nephews and loved ones whose life was touched by the love of Donna “Tootie” Foote.
