Donald Francis Burns

Donald Francis Burns. 65, of Albany passed away on Saturday October 28, 2017 at Albany Medical Center. Born in Norwich, NY, he was the son of the late Francis and Rose (Lapka) Burns. Donald was a consumer in the Living Resources program in Albany. Donald is survived by his sisters Bernice Smith and Patricia Burns as well as one brother Anthony Rulis. As per Donald's request no services will be held. Arrangements are by the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady.
