Debra Lynch

Debra A. (Maczynski) Lynch 46 of Scotia died on Thursday November 25, 2004 at home after a long illness. Born in Niskayuna, Debra is the daughter of Clare E. (Kolewicz) Maczynski of Schenectady and the late John L. Maczynski. Debra was a devoted teacher at Wilbur H. Lynch Middle School in Amsterdam for the last 24 years and was active in animal rescue. Beside her mother she is also survived by her husband for 27 years Jerry C. Lynch of Scotia, a sister Lynda C. Maczynski of Dallas, TX., a brother Mark J. Maczynski of Durham, NC, her in-laws Sally and Jerry Lynch of Rotterdam and several nieces and nephews. A memorial mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St Stanislaus Church, 50 Cornell Street, Amsterdam at 6 pm on Tuesday evening November 30, 2004 to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Lynch Pond Fund, C/O Greater Amsterdam School District, 11 Liberty Street, Amsterdam, NY 12010 in Debra's memory.
