Darlene A Quick (Livingston)

Darlene A. Quick passed away unexpectedly on Saturday May 12th at her home in Schenectady. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth (Burns) Livingston and Henry Livingston. A graduate of Niskayuna High School, Darlene received her Certificate as a Dental Assistant from the West Chester Dental School. Her life was devoted to her husband, children, grandchildren and cats. She enjoyed ceramics and was a former member of the 4H Club and the US Waterski Team. Darlene is survived by her husband Newton C. Quick who she married January 3, 2011, her children; Brittany Stevens (Thomas Conover) of Westerlo and Tyler Ferguson of Niskayuna, her beloved grandchildren; Peyton and Parker Conover and her siblings; Roger, Dennis, John, Debbie and Barbara Livingston as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday May 19th at 10 am at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady, NY. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6 to 9 pm. Interment will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
