Cynthia M Pelletier

Cynthia M. Pelletier, 44, of Sulfur Springs Road, Rotterdam died Wednesday September 15, 2004 at Albany Medical Center after a long illness. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of William and Lottie (Cislo) LaRoe. Cynthia was married on April 29, 1979 to Brian Pelletier. Cynthia was a secretary with the Town of Rotterdam Police Department - Detective Division for many years. Cynthia was a Eucharistic Minister at Immaculate Conception Church. She was a member of a Breast Cancer Survivor Support Group and the Alley Cats Bowling League. Survivors, besides her parents and husband, include a daughter, Nicole Pelletier and a son, Brian C. Pelletier, both of Rotterdam; sisters Holly Longo and her husband Stephen of Rotterdam, Michelle Reese and her husband William of Rotterdam and her brother Billy LaRoe and his wife Gina also of Rotterdam; her mother-in-law and father-in-law George and Doreen Pelletier of Galway and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 9:15 am at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady, NY with a Mass of Christian Burial following at 10 am at Immaculate Conception Church, Bradt Street, Schenectady. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home Sunday evening from 6 to 8 pm. Interment will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery. Cynthia's family wishes to extend "A special thank you to a very, very dear friend Laurie and to her 'family' at the Rotterdam Police Department".
