Craig D Huneau

October 9, 1956 — January 27, 2017

Craig D. Huneau, 60, of Rotterdam passed away at the Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing Home in Troy on Friday January 27, 2017. Born in Cohoes, NY, he was the son of the late Edmund and Josephine (Shagalski) Huneau. Craig served his country in the US Air Force. He was employed as a truck driver for the Grassland Equipment Company in Latham, NY. Craig was an avid golfer. He also enjoyed stamp collecting. Craig was also a member of the Cohoes Rod and Gun Club. He is survived by three brothers Terry Huneau (Cheryl) of Cohoes, Joseph Huneau of Round Lake and James Huneau of South Carolina, two sisters Patricia Fogarty (William) of Brunswick and Geraldine Russell (Stanley) of California as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. A Celebration of Craig's life will be on Sunday February 5, 2017 from 11AM-1PM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. At a later date, he will be placed in the wall at the Gerald B. H. Solomon-Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Craig's memory to American Liver Foundation 39 Broadway Suite 2700 New York, New York 10006.
