Clifton Barkley

Clifton Lee Barley 53 formerly of Schenectady and Syracuse died January 11, 2005 at home. Born in Niskayuna, he was the son of the late Gerald and Evelyn (Wickham) Barkley and brother of the late Eileen Monte. A graduate of Schalmont High School, Clifton had worked as a Meter Reader for the Town of Granite Falls in North Carolina. He is survived by his sister Karen Sylvia of Amsterdam, his beloved cousin; Wanda Masick of Nassau and his nieces and nephews; Jolie Beltran, Trisha Groth, Michael Sylvia, David Monte and Jeffrey Monte. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon January 17, 2005 at 1 pm at Princetown Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 3662 Giffords Church Road, Duanesburg, NY. There will be no calling hours by request. Internment in Schenectady Memorial Park. Arrangements are by the Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave., Schenectady, NY
