Claudette Ebert Rickson

Claudette Ebert Rickson, 70, of Glenville passed away Tuesday November 15, 2016 at Glendale Nursing Home with her daughter at her side. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Cora Ebert. Claudette will be remembered for always being witty and fun loving. She always spoke her mind and loved to tell everyone jokes to make them laugh. She is predeceased by her husband Donald Rickson, her son Keith Van Wagner and three sisters Carol Kinner, Marilyn Hargraves and Joan Ebert. A homemaker, Claudette is survived, by her children- Robert, Kevin, Renee and Nicole and one son Matthew Howard. She is also survived by her three brothers Alfred Ebert, Ronald Ebert and John Ebert as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Claudette's Life will be Friday 5PM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Visitation will be Friday 3-5PM prior to the service. Inurnment will be in Schenectady Memorial Park in Rotterdam. Renee would like to truly thank all the nurses and staff at Glendale Nursing Home for all the excellent care and the compassion shown to Claudette during her stay at the home.
