Cheryl K Van Patten

Cheryl K. Van Patten, 65, of Rotterdam died Wednesday August 3, 2011 in Mesa, AZ. Born in Niskayuna, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Olga (Hoffman) Pohl. Cheryl was employed as a nurse at the Baptist Health and Rehabilitation Center in Scotia for over 25 years. She is predeceased by her brother Bernard Pohl and one grandchild Fox Turchick.. Cheryl is survived by her husband Edward Van Patten whom she married August 30, 1969, one son Jayson Van Patten of Rotterdam and one daughter Krista Turchick of Mesa, AZ, also survived by 6 Grandchildren- Corey Van Patten, Siara Van Patten, Maxwell Turchick, Samuel Turchick, Tyler Turchick and Katy Turchick. Funeral Services will be Friday 11AM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling Hours will be Friday 9-11AM at the funeral home. Internment will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Niskayuna.
