Charlotte Wnuk

Charlotte Wnuk 87 of Rotterdam died Tuesday January 17, 2006 at her daughter's home after a short illness. Born in Schenectady, Charlotte was the daughter of the late Joseph and Roselia Urbanczyk and a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School. A homemaker, she was a member of St Margaret of Cortona Church in Rotterdam Junction and the wife for over 50 years of the late Walter W. Wnuk Sr. who died in 1991. Charlotte was also predeceased by her son Ronald Wnuk. Survivors include six children; Cynthia Wnuk of Schenectady, Stanley Wnuk and wife Idell of Florida, NY, Walter W. Wnuk Jr. and wife Ginger of Saratoga, Wayne R. Wnuk and wife Doreen of Amsterdam, Rose C. Broomhall and husband William of Rotterdam and Sandy V. Peer and husband Frank of Ballston Spa, eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday morning January 20, 2006 at 9:15 am at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady followed at 10 am at St. Margaret of Cortona Church, 1228 Main Street, Rotterdam Junction where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday evening January 19, 2006 from 6 to 8 pm. Interment in Memory's Garden, Colonie, NY.
