Catherine Hebert

Catherine Hebert, 88, of Ford Avenue Rotterdam died Thursday January 17, 2008 at the Glendale Home. Born in Champlain, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Tilly (Cushing) LaPan. Catherine was Self Employed as a Health Care worker till her retirement. She was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Rotterdam. Catherine is predeceased by her husband Gasper Hebert Sr., two daughters Pearl Askew and Sandra Corlew, three brothers Fred LaPan, Gus LaPan and Frank LaPan and three sisters Theresa DuPree, Agnes Bellville and Joyce Dupree. She is survived by three sons Gasper Hebert Jr. (Diane) of Amsterdam, Richard Hebert (Bonnie) of Rotterdam, Clifford Hebert( Janet) of Rotterdam, three daughters Joan Wasileski ( Joseph) of North Port, Florida, Alfreda Konik ( John) of Rotterdam, and Barbara Bittner (Tom) of Delanson, two brothers Edward LaPan of Scotia and Henry LaPan of Saranac, NY, one son in law Armand Corlew of Rotterdam, also survived by 33 Grandchildren, 49 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Monday 8:15AM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady followed by a Mass at 9AM at Our Lady of the Assumption Church Princetown Road in Rotterdam. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling Hours will be Sunday 7-9PM at the funeral home. Internment will be in Schenectady Memorial Park in Rotterdam.
