Carmen Julia Zabala (Zabala)

Carmen Julia Zabala,52 passed away on August 24th at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady surrounded by her family. Born in Junco,Puerto Rico on November 25, 1965, Carmen was the daughter of the late Liberato and Francisca (Lopez) Zabala. A vibrant free spirit, Carmen loved to dance and spending time with her family. Carmen leaves behind to cherish her memory her children; Carlos Velasquez, Samuel Velasquez, Angela Gomez (Louis), Carmen Ayala all of Schenectady and Daniel Gonzalez of Fishkill, her sibilngs; Norma Zabala, Maria Zabala-Brown, Frances Zabala Trueba,Jeanette Zabala Lopez ,Victoria Zabala, Jose Zabala, Liberato Zabala and Augustin Zabala, her 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, her fiance Mohamed Mc Daniels and many nieces and nephews. A visitation to celebrate Carmen's life will be held on Tuesday August 28th from 11 am to 1 pm at Bond Funeral Home, 1614 Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady, NY to which relatives and friends are invited to attend.
